Any advice?
Bit early but I like to plan ahead, it’s my sons 4th Birthday in July and I was going to book a play centre party somewhere with school friends! But I’m due baby number 2 end of June! I’m so anxious having people around baby when they’re so little as she would only be around a month old(if on time). My other option was to do a garden party at home instead but I’m just anxious about that too that everyone’s gonna want to hold baby! But I don’t want my son to miss out! Sorry for the paragraph😩 anyone have any advice at all? Shall I just leave a party this year and take him out for the day just us? Ahh Thank you xxx
So maxi (July 21 baby) was born exactly a week before big brothers 3rd birthday we did the party the week after his birthday so maxi was 2 weeks. We did a bbq at home for him cos it meant I could put maxi down and keep him away from people somewhere I felt comfortable and cos he’s my 3rd if people tried to pick him up when he was sleeping or in his Moses basket etc I’d just say no he’s sleeping please leave him alone! We also kept people in the garden so it didn’t bring unnecessary germs etc into the house!
