Not producing enough milk

Hey mom’s , have any of you experienced not producing enough milk? It’s been tough lately my baby(10 months) hasn’t been drinking her formula (Kendamil Goat infant formula) and has instead been wanting more breast milk but I feel as if there isn’t enough coming out and she’s still hungry afterwards on top of that I’ve been starting her with different solids/baby food and she isn’t really eating enough to get full. Do you guys have any tips or tricks to help with producing more milk I’ve tried the milky mama emergency brownies and their oatmilk cookies and it doesn’t seem to work that well for me.

If she is having wet diapers she is getting enough…

She could be having a growth spurt! I’ve been BF for 15 months & my pump rarely ever gets out more that 2oz per 45 min … so if you pump also , sometimes pumps just don’t work , but if milk is still coming out of you in sure you’re producing just fine I’m sure you’re 1. Eating enough 2. EATING your water ( fruits raw veggies ) 3.hydration/ coconut water / electrolytes 3. Staying active 4.low stress Sending love

@August Elise thank you so much August, yes I’ve been doing everything but I did stop pumping because I was only pumping 1-2oz between breast so I figured it would be best if I didn’t pump.

They say you should pump after baby feeds to really empty yourself out and you can build up a stash if need be. You can weigh baby and see if she is losing weight. I just weigh myself holding baby and then without and whatever the difference is... other else than that I don't think babies know how to stop eating but if she isn't fussy then it should be fine.
