The iCandy we tried was indeed very heavy. Bugaboo seems to have good reviews, but we didn't try them. Sales should still be on until the end of the weekend xx

I’ve been thinking of getting the Egg3.. looks a little more light weight than the iCandy X

Have you considered buying a second hand buggy? With my first I wasn’t keen at first but found one barely used on fb marketplace. it’s an icandy and you can buy all replacements on their website. We got a new mattress and material for the carry cot. Saved over a grand & will use it for our 2nd now too. Just an fyi most buggies that come with a carry cot and seat will only last a year because the seat part is small. Then you’ll need another that last a couple more years is light & takes up less space /can use for travelling etc.

My LG is 15 weeks tomorrow and we have a joie system. We ordered it at the baby show and love it! The frame folds easily, and will fold with the sit up part as well. The car seat clips on and the isofix base spins and can be used for the next size car seat as well x

If you can, go to the baby show as they do discounts and you can order it to be delivered. We ordered it mid may and arrived first week of June (was told initially it could take 4-6 weeks). If you register it once it arrives, you get the warranty extended to 3 years instead of 1 year

I bought the bugaboo dragonfly & it’s so light and folds in a click! Excited to use it hahaha

We’re due in July. We’ve just purchased the mamas and papas ocarro (you can get it so much cheaper online or via an independent shop that sources prams). It is a little heavy and bulky but we needed a really sturdy all terrain pram as we walk a lot. All of my friends and family have the same pram and absolutely love it x
