Means very high HCG? Maybe twins? There can be a few reasons for high HCG

It could be correct actually as it says 3+ means you conceived more than 3 weeks ago and if you said you conceived on the 30th that would make sense depending on when you had sex and the time of day and when the egg met the sperm etc x

I’ve seen load of people 4w3d only getting 2-3 I was definitely not expecting 3+

I got my 3+ at 4 weeks 5 days this time it can happen 😊
