Sick after cows milk

My 1 year old has always been fine with formula but recently when we've tried to switch to full far cows milk he's been sick but about 6 hours later, could this be a allergy or intolerance. He has always been fine with his formula

Did he have a whole full bottle like 8oz or 9oz? Maybe give it a few days or a week and maybe make your bottle as usual with formula and perhaps just add 1oz of milk and see how he go's on that first day, then the following morning add another oz of milk and 1oz less of formula if that makes sence. It could have been a shock to his system perhaps🤔 and his natural way was to throw up x

He's had 6oz today, we have tried gradually introducing it in his bottles but when we got to half ans half he was sick again, we've tried since before Christmas and giving a break each time he's reacted 🫤

@Lucy Ohhh noo maybe try him with oatmilk then, it could be a reaction of some sort, definitely talk to gp or hv if really concerned or worried As I have no experience x
