I got a private test and it’s come back positive. I know I’ll need antibiotics in labour but was hoping to go to the lotus suite at LGI. Anyone else GBS positive and how did it change your birth? I want to be active and use water and I’m worried they will use this to try and put me off…
It'll possibly stop you from being able to use the Lotus Suite as it's primarily for low risk pregnancies/no known problems. I'd speak to your midwife, though. You can still have a water birth if their is a pool available. Just possibly not in the Lotus Suite x
