Diapers

Hi! FTM here. I’m looking for thoughts on more expensive v more affordable diapers. Anyone feel like the more expensive ones are worth the price tag? What’s your experience been?

I use DYPER diapers and the composting service REDYPER! The diapers are super soft and made with plant based materials. And with the composting service, they don’t go to the landfill. If you purchase through redyper San Francisco, it’s actually better than buying through Amazon and DYPER because diapers are picked up and delivered weekly, and have amazing customer service. The cost is almost comparable to Huggies without the guilt of plastics in the landfill too. $13.50/pack if you’re a member. There’s a huge promotion right now too if you use a promo code for a partner. I might seem a bit biased since I work for redyper now but I was already sold on DYPER before learning of the redyper service and then applying for a job 😅

I can see about getting a promo code for peanut users… it would basically be 50% off for 2 packs of diapers, 2 packs of wipes, a roll of compost bags and a free 4 week trial to the service (a $70 value for only $20)

I think it depends on what works for your baby, which sometimes takes trial and error. However, the fragranced ones seemed to make mine uncomfortable and she woke up more often.

@Shawna that’s what I figured, I’d love to stock up ahead of time but sounds like I probably won’t know what we’ll like best until little guy is here

coterie diapers are the best! It’s so soft and absorbs a lot which allows my baby sleeps longer at night
