When did your midwife measure your bump?

At my 25 week appointment my midwife didn't measure my bump and now I have to wait until 28 weeks. Just wondering when your midwife started measuring your bump? I feel huge

Mine didn’t start until 28 weeks, I think that’s normal! ☺️

Mine started at 25 weeks but only because I said I was worried I was quite big😊

Mine did it at 25 weeks but I guess that appointment isn’t one that everyone has so maybe it’s more standard to start measuring at 28 weeks? I was measuring two weeks ahead so not sure it was that reassuring haha

So far she has measured at 25, 28 and 31. She keeps the chart which I find odd so Im not sure how baby is tracking. Last time it was kept in my notes which I had to take to appointments

@Katie do you have paper notes or do you have the app? I have an app with my notes on and the chart is on there x

28 weeks

So strange how some midwives measure and some don't! Just hope my bump is OK

@Bex I have the badger notes app but it only gets updated by the hospital not by my community midwife

29 weeks

My midwife is away so not seeing her until 31 weeks for my first bump measurement 🙈

Most trusts start at 28 weeks, however my midwife mentioned that some have had newer guidance to begin measurements at 24 weeks.
