Position of baby in womb (frank breech)

I've noticed that since every scan I've had (I'm now nearly 23 weeks) that my babies legs are over their head. - 16 week private, 20 week and 22 weeks (I have to have extra scans due to small baby last time) - I googled this and looks like the baby is frank breech. They haven't mentioned anything as I've had a different sonographer each time and aware the baby can move up until so many weeks. Would this be a cause of concern or reason to bring up to the midwife that for last 7 weeks + she is growing like this and if its a risk of hip dysplasia/ difficult birth? Has anyone had any similar experiences with this?

I wouldn’t worry about breech yet. Baby is small enough to move around for many weeks yet and they might actually be changing position throughout the day/night without you noticing.

My daughter was like this until 30 weeks then she shifted to back to back where she remained until birth. My current pregnancy is exactly the same in regards to legs over their head in every scan. I wouldn't be concerned until something is mentioned. X

Babies will start to go vertical from week 26-28. If they are not on the most common position, you can focus on alignment from week 28 to 32. They can still move afterwards. However, it's always a good idea to make sure you move in ways that create optimal space and alignment for the baby to navigate your pelvis.
