I had it along with my flu and whooping cough all in the same day and felt nothing but a little bruise on my arm xx

If I could have got it I would’ve. Unfortunately it wasn’t a thing when I was pregnant but my youngest who is now 2 has been hospitalised 4 times with rsv, the first time he was only 4 months old and it was awful.

I’ll be getting it for sure! I think my midwife said I’ll be offered it with my whooping cough vaccine at 20 week scan x

I will be having it as it’s rife in small babies at the moment x

I'll be getting it - my little one was hospitalized at 3m and it was awful. I'd rather have a few symptoms myself for a few days than see baby go through struggling breathing again. A mild reaction to vaccines is a good thing.. shows your body is preparing itself to protect you in case you were actually to get the illness.

Would you rather be ill or your baby? Honestly it amazes me how many mums don’t put their baby first. Oh you may have a sore arm and a headache? Your baby could end up in hospital and you could be facing a horrific scenario for how dangerous RSV can be.

I’ll be getting it x

please get it! i work for 111 & the amount of calls i’ve had because baby got pneumonia & fighting for their life from RSV is insane😢

It’s a brilliant vaccine! I wish they had it when my first born was born! I’ve watched babies of friends spend so much awful time in hospital due to RSV, a little side effect for you is worth it to prevent how dangerous it can be for baby x

It says online that the vaccine is available from September to January and you get it from 28 weeks, so will we even be offered it? Scrap that, bad Google AI. The NHS website says it's available all year round.
