PRH midwife teams
Hi I was wondering if anyone else has difficulties contacting their midwife team? I’m under care of the ruby team and I’ve tried to call them a few times now and no response and no option to leave a message! It’s so frustrating, I’ve tried to contact some of the other teams too but nothing. Has anyone else’s midwives given them another phone number? I was referred to a consultant in October and still haven’t heard anything so wanted to chase it up. Thank you in advance xxx

They are a nightmare to get hold of! I’m emerald team and always call between the allotted times but when I was trying to book my 16week appt it literally took 3 days at those times! Regarding consultant, my appt for them just appeared on badger notes. Might be worth asking at your next midwife appt?
The teams have always been an absolute nightmare to contact. I'd end up calling all the numbers that were on the badger app until someone helped me. In the end I had my midwives mobile numbers so pestered them that way haha!
