How to cope with no support network?

Am I the only one with no support network whatsoever? I keep hearing stories of other women struggling and they still have friends, family, or some kind of support network. I have no one, absolutely no one. It's anyone else in the same boat or am I the only one? How does one cope?

I'm in the same boat, it's extremely hard in all aspects but I just keep thinking that I'm the one who gets all the laughs, cuddles, smiles and I'll never miss any of her firsts. Honestly it's the only thing keeping me from breaking down. Don't worry mumma, you've got this x

@Jess I don't even have any firsts as her dad gets them. He and I don't get on so I don't consider him social support, and I do all the heavy lifting. But he had gotten her first smile, laugh, etc. He's also very denigrating of me and it just makes me feel even more lonely.

I know it doesn't sound it atm but you are her rock, you are the person she'll always look to for comfort. She'll never get another mum. You are doing an amazing job! Maybe pop along to children's centres too, to make friends with other mums. I've gone a few times and it's a little daunting but you'll feel so much better once you are there. You can always drop me a message too for some support x

@Jess You're a very kind person, thank you :)

Hiya, I’m so sorry that you’re in this position. It must be so hard. You are doing an amazing job and your little one is so lucky to have you. Perhaps as Jess suggested pop along to some groups in your area. I always feel so happy that I went. You’re welcome to drop me a message if you’d like 😊 X

There are no groups in my area and I don't drive and there is no bus lines where I live :(
