Birthday

It was my little boys birthday yesterday and we got him a trike, some musical toys, sand & water tray for the garden and his grandparents got him a tonies box xx

Sounds like he's got some lovely gifts already :). We've said/ are doing donations to a savings account for him as we don't want more toys and he doesn't know it's his birthday anyway!

A lovely balloon and a ball. Put a few presents from Xmas away as he got too many so will give him them. Bringing him to soft play and let him have cake 🎂

We have got our little boy a mud kitchen for the garden, a ball pool/tent, an My First Easel (he loves to stand!) A colouring book but water pen so only colours on the book just for his messy play, a pyjama set with robe and then we are getting him a crash helmet (he has a habit of hitting his head now that he's trying to walk independently) and a drum/bongo set out of money from grandparents, rest will go into his savings account

Following for ideas too. You could also think further ahead, as they'll be 22 months at Christmas, so anything that's suitable for 18 months + you could get now and keep. I'd recommend those little "jigsaw" puzzles where you put the pieces back in their spaces, but I have loads from my first, and this one already loves taking all the pieces out, and stacking rings if you don't already have any. What's a pop up toy? I'm mainly getting stuff for starting nursery like bag with her name on it, new straw cups, name stickers. Also toddler cutlery to grow into! Maybe a bigger bath towel as she still has her baby one. I'll get a couple of little toys too, but like you she got lots for Christmas. Considering a play tunnel and a indoor climbing triangle.

I'm getting my boy things that his brother hasn't got as we have so much already. He's getting a scuttlebug, wooden stacking rings, soft play set and a little activity centre.

We are going to see The Deep in Hull as he loves watching fish 🐠 and sharks 🦈
