Yep, we had the same issue. We started giving more water and more fruits, and it evened out eventually.
Flaxseed can help immediately too. The doctor recommended it and it's been working well.
Same issues here! A little Prune juice helps relieve it quickly, and more fruits that start with P (prunes, pears, peaches, etc.) help keep them more regular.
My son had the same issue. I added a little more water to his diet, started offering it in cups. And varied the kinds of solids he got. I started with solids once a day and increased to where he has them about 5 times a day now. Slow and steady!
