Our 5 week old is on 4oz every 3-4 hours but about to go up to 5oz. She is putting on weight nicely.
My 6 weeks old is on 120 ml and she is 4.2kg
8 week old, 11lb and has 4oz every 2/3 hours in the day and then normally sleeps 6-7 hours in the night
