Curious about hospital and bottles

I’m just trying to work out how to manage sterilizing bottles and getting prepared in case I’m rushed in. I’ve bought a starter pack with the ready supplied teats for the small milks. I plan mostly to bottle feed with the open idea of breast feeding but I think I will end up bottle feeding anyway but I am wondering just incase we can’t get latching going will the baby get confused if I’m not using the teats I’ve got at home? It says to only use a sterilised bottle in 24 hours so I’m wondering if it’s okay to just use the starter packs and will still be okay once home with different bottles and teats

Just take the starter packs to the hospital with you. There’s no need to take bottles as for the first few days your baby will only be having 10ml-1oz every feed so you’d be going through hell of a lot of bottles in 24 hours. I ended up using the starter bottles for a good 2 weeks as my baby was eating only 10-30ml at a time x

@Julia thanks so much Julia I’m going to get some more then, yeah I think it’s just best for now x

We started using proper bottles once baby was on 2oz as it’s easier to measure it out as well x
