I think I’m scared because if they are both crying or something along those lines how I’m going to do everything at once and cope with all the noise!
@Fran I read somewhere that you should always go to the older one because they’re going to remember who you went to first so that was my plan when I’m on my own with them. As for coping with all the noise I don’t have a solution to that😂
That does make sense tbf that’s true. Maybe I’ll just have to try a few different ways around it all.
I was going to say, my mum sent me a video that said if both crying, go to the older one as they will remember. Newborn won't. I'm currently pregnant, 7 weeks. So I've got that dilemma xx
Trust yourself, you know what type of crying your 15 month old is doing. You know the difference between crying for attention or crying because they genuinely need something. Through that, you'll know who needs you. You can do this. Mums are genuinely superheroes everyday 😊
My daughters are 14months apart in age and I honestly worried about the same thing but when my youngest born it wasn’t as hard as it may seem or you may thing obviously some days weren’t smoothly sailing but I believe as mothers we learn to adapt so quickly for them. Try not to worry too much you got this
@Fran idk if this will help you, but when my 1st was newborn I used my loop earplugs all the time they were a godsend!! Will be using them again this time around. Used to use them when I worked in a school and you can still hear everything, just takes the edge off
I have a 19 month old and I’m due in March, my plan is to let him try help out like passing wipes and stuff when changing and holding her bottle. I reckon it’ll be easy when they’re newborn because you don’t really do much
