I'm struggling to claim childcare from UC too. I top up an app and don't have any invoices. Payments not always coincide with the dates he has childcare because they require payment before the childcare is provided and just take money from my balance.
Ah I get 85% of my childcare back so don’t know if it’s different but I know they work on the nursery calendar month as long as you send a copy of the invoice you will be fine I’d use 1/2-28/2 as the dates as it covers the full range, unless it ask for individual days I’ve been doing mine for almost a year and never had an issue x

With my invoices at the top of the invoice it says ‘invoice period’ does yours have anything like that? 01/02 - 28/02 is there bill period just unusual it doesn’t say it next to the dates under details, for reference mine was the same dates this month I’ll pop a picture for you Put 1/2 - 28/2 on the UC claim x
