New single mum here it’s the first day and it feels so lonely and isolating, any tips for getting rid of that feeling as my child’s father was my safety space so finding it hard to be positive.

Because sometimes change makes you feel that way, but over time this will be the new norm. You can never get rid of the feeling but stay with it and understand it. Maybe repeat to yourself I am safe. I am safe. Everything will be ok. It seems silly but sometimes we have to tell ourselves these things.
Same I became s single mum at 20 weeks pregnant. My lg Is now 3 months old .. I survive based on the next hour. If I get through that I’m winning
