I shower everyday. My face and hair get oily so I can’t go longer than that. But if I do miss a shower, I definitely always change my underwear daily.
Exactly like they said- it’s easy for bacteria to get in the urethra. So I wouldn’t default blame your hygiene. Sexual activity and wiping the wrong direction in the bathroom can usually be the cause and still can occur within a 24 hour period between showers.

Daily, especially if I was sweating at any point, went swimming, had sex, etc… on rare occasions, I might skip a day or two if I’m not leaving the house for whatever reason. But if I feel gross at any point or I’m putting on real clothes, I just go ahead and shower.

It could be a bathing thing but also remember to go pee right after intercourse because that's how bacteria gets up there too.
If I do not get sweaty & gross, I shower every other day but change my panties daily 😊 if you’re not stinky, I don’t see a reason to shower everyday 🤷🏽♀️

How so? Per my dermatologist’s advice, you’re actually not even supposed to shower everyday.
Bath or shower nightly. Soapy wash up and new underwear next morning or afternoon.
I wash my body and face every single day. Every night! I can’t sleep if I don’t, cause I feel gross. And I work from home. But I go on walks usually with my LO. ! I wash my hair every 3-5 days . But shower is every single day for me.

@Jenece omg yesss. Flossing too for me those are just musts! Otherwise I feel horrible about my self personally lol. Shower at the end of my day is a no exception I will always do it even if hubby watches the baby

Daily just because it’s part of my routine… if you don’t stink and you change underwear every day/other day I don’t see an issue with putting off showering for a few days though🤷🏻♀️
