Looks like she’s chipped them. My 18 month out grinds her teeth sometimes and has slightly chipped one top and bottom tooth x

I actually think it's genetics as my daughter has a chipped tooth at the front similar to mine They says genetics shape a child's teeth

I say grinding her teeth most likely both my boy grinding theirs in their sleep or b4 falling together x
