3 yr old, Pre school and potty training UK
Starting preschool and schools now refuse to change nappies, my son is potty trained but to what level does he need to be? He tells me he needs the toilet, I take him, pull down his pants and he does his business and I pull everything back up and he goes about his day, is that good enough for school or will they not even aid with assisting to the toilet? Does he need to be able to do everything completely solo?

it's my understanding that they've got to be fully trained by the time they go into reception. The preschool my LG is at; the support the children with the toileting needs.

No first hand knowledge on this but seems a bit harsh for a pre-school to have this rule!
