Baby class @ St Mary’s

Has anyone been to the baby class at St Mary’s hospital? I was told about it as I was on the Hera team and apparently they run one every week. What age did everyone start taking their little ones to clssses? My little one is 4 weeks and I want to take her to a class at some point but I’m nervous as she has quite bad colic and I don’t want her crying for the whole thing. Also any recommendations on good classes?

Are you on about st Mary’s as in on the Isle of Wight ? If so there is a baby massage class currently running it’s suitable from birth to crawling and she teaches how to relief colic as well her page is called “relax Isle of Wight”

I go to the baby class at St Marys, I’ve been taking my little girl since she was 6 weeks and she’s now 4 and a bit months 😁. My baby girl had bad colic, and she cried loads but you aren’t judged at all if baby cries! Sharon and Jodie that run it are lovely and they will help if your baby is upset. You should come along!

My mother in law Sharon is the maternity support worker that facilitates this class at st Mary's, it's Thursday's 1pm-3pm. She won't be there this week but will be there next week. She asked me to reassure you that you would be made to feel welcome. Xxxx

@Charlotte Thankyou, I’m definitely going to give it a go, Sharon is lovely! xx
