@Laura I feel like I clench my buttocks and am not getting the right spot when I try 🤨
I didn’t have a clue what to do 🙈 I had to watch the exercises and then do them. I paid for access to the app for about 2/3 months and then did them on my own. There are also lots of exercises on YouTube for your pelvic floor and if you’re uk based the nhs has information on pelvic floor exercises too xx

Annotate when you pee and poop. Make sure you’re going every 2 hours or less to pee. When you dive pee enough your bladder gets bigger like a balloon and doesn’t empty all the way.
Try to get a referral for a pelvic floor PT, it's life changing....personally I think that should be standard care for everyone post pregnancy.
@Monique Jose Duvall are you in the US??? We don’t need insurance here so would have to seek out a paid for physio.
@MK thank you I’ll go to the Drs and see what they can advise I think it’s all paid for here tho ??
I paid £80 for mine which I didn't think was too bad. The gp may refer you though just may be a wait
