Period... TMI

I don't know if I can put up with my own body anymore, for years since I started contraception which was when I was 16 my periods have never been the same, my periods are very heavy, I bleed for weeks and even when my period finishes after 13 days and I get so happy about it I leave it a day or 2 before deciding to have sex to let it clear out as it's dry blood and then bam I'm hit with fresh blood again. Wish I fucking didn't🙄 so when I was 16 I had the implant I had it for 6 years so one out and in after the 3 years and after that I went onto the pill after being told by many many people my periods should either stop or get better and they haven't. I mean Ive had 2 kids but that isn't the reason my bleeding is so bad. I really don't know what to do anymore because I don't know how long I can put up with it for because even in the first few days the pain is unbearable.. I do know when my three months of the pill is up I'm going to be getting a review with the nurse so I kinda want to know if anyone else has or is experiencing this? Because this is really starting to effect me mentally Ive never let it bother me until now I just lived with it.
