Mile End pavilion small soft play really great place
Mudlarks at Docklands museum, macaroni penguin in royal wharf, oxygen at the O2. We often go to the library for an hour or so (prefer getting the dlr to Shadwell for Watney Street over canary wharf as it has its own kids room)
