NHS booking appointment, what to expect…
I have my nhs booking appointment next week in my local hospital but I have really bad social anxiety and I’m feeling really nervous about meeting my midwife for the first time. I hate talking and it is a 1 hour appointment. What exactly can I expect from this appointment?

london girl here… with the nhs, expect to spend most the hour waiting, not talking unfortunately.
they’ll collect urine, do bloods and keep it pretty basic.

Hey I understand about anxiety it's horrible. I took my sister with Me to make me feel more Comfortable. 1st time I went just spoke about my history any other pregnancy's ect. How I'm feeling . Had urine and blood pressure and bloods taken . You will be just fine x
