Osteopath recommendations for baby?

I've been seeing a lactation specialist who has recommended finding an osteopath as there might be some muscle tension affecting breastfeeding. LO is 8 weeks old on Tuesday. Does anyone have any recommendations?

My baby breastfeeding was affected by tongue tie. This was missed by after burth checks, but noticed in the breastfeeding group by a specialist. It is important to check (do not trust one specialist, ask for opinions from another), as if tongue tie, cut should be done till around 10 weeks old. Referral took us two weeks.

The price was 25£ per appointment, no rush during the appointment (changing room, time to feed baby in the room), two students present and watching with the supervisor who performed the procedure.
