@Kim thank you, I’ll speak to them. I did speak to my union who said I have no rights if they say it don’t work for the business but I’ll check with them too x
@Kim no, they only have to offer you a job of the same level and pay. Incognito, if you are on FB join the work from home hub. Lots of at home jobs are posted on there, many are also part time
I don’t think that is legal babe… I’m sure they have to offer you a role that is suitable for your change in circumstances. Highly recommend speaking to Citizens Advice as your technically “protected” if you had your baby within 18 months. I thought they had to offer you, your old role. If that’s not suitable they have to offer you another role that works… but definitely seek advice!!!
