Sometimes it depends on the concentration of your wee if you’re hydrated or not! Mine didn’t get darker straight away it can take a few days for your hcg to increase. Xx

Yes HCG (the hormone it’s testing for) doubles every few days for the first few weeks after implantation, which happens generally a few days to a week after conception, which happens a day or two after sex. So implantation has a decently wide range for when it happens post-ovulation. Additionally, different pregnancies produce different levels of HCG. That’s why some women get dark lines at like 4 weeks post ovulation, but some don’t get a positive at all until 5 or 6 weeks post ovulation. 😂 Sorry my women’s health-nerd side is coming out. I’m sure by now it is quite dark!
