Travel system
I have got a mamas and papas travel system and my husband has noticed that we have got a hole in the luggage bit of the buggy. Does anyone know if mamas and papas will do anything as we've not had it for very long?

@Rachel do you take it into store for them to see and they will make a decision whether to send it off or replacement? How long did it take for it to be repaired if you know? X
Yes I took mine into the store as it’s not too far away from me but I think you can login online to contact them too. It took a few weeks but the pram they gave me both times was like for like.

Yes they will change it for you, I’ve had two issues which they’ve sorted with no problem, their customer service has been amazing. They may take your pram and send it off for repair and give you a loan one whilst it’s being done
