Walking group and/or gym partner

Hello ladies.. is there any walking group, or can we arrange one to do some walking while the kids are in school? If you don't work, like me, we can do it every day/ morning.. or anyone who wants to join me in the gym? I am moving back to Hackney in the next few days, and I really want to start thinking about me. That's my goal of this year. And having someone with me will push me more to do so 💪🏻

@Trina I used to go to that one in Cambridge heat , fitness4less, that have a space for girls only too, sauna in the changing rooms.. but I am not too sure. I want to look at the options around me, and i will see 👀 And thank you! 🥰
