Anyone else?

Is everyone dealing with having a stinky home and being stinky themselves &their babies? Or at least feeling like you do? Between all the spit up, new body smells, and lack of time to clean. What are some ways that help you feel more put together during these times?

I take wet wipes and wipe myself down. For the house plug ins, scented candles, or summer pots. Bilut still mostly feel gross

I felt so gross postpartum. I had deodorant EVERYWHERE and we went through a lot of candles. Of course I hate the toxins but I needed it for my sanity for a bit 😅

I think I showered twice a day for like, 6m. The PP smell is something else - I know it’s for the baby to find mum and find boob but it was still bad. A 10min shower morning and night (and a bidet) worked wonders for me. As soon as he’s down for a nap I’m in the shower and I bring in the baby monitor so I don’t hear phantom crying.

honestly try opening up the windows 10 mins a day or something. it helps mentally and smells better than scents that are usually toxic for you and the babies

A whole bunch of sitting in funk postpartum , a whole bunch of deodorant and taking my shower time. After I healed from my C-section I did a bunch of windows open and outside time, showered 1-2 times a day and changed my outfit often lol.

Our place is okay and clean, baby is as clean as I can get her with her drooling all the time now😂 i stink though😔😂
