Hygiene question, be honest. Do you wash your hands everytime you use the toilet ?

I can't imagine skipping it. When I can't (my toddler is very good at making dangerous situations very quickly) I cannot stop thinking about washing my hands until I am able to.
Always wash my hands and I carry sanitizer incase a public bathroom has ran out of soap. If I don’t wash them they just feel horrible to me
Yea. thinking of all the germs on the toilet seat and lever stresses me out
At home, definitely will skip occasionally. Out and about, washing every time.
Every single time, I wasn’t like that before becoming pregnant, I would have skipped if I had only number 1. But since becoming pregnant and having my daughter I can’t skip it anymore
My head won't let me not. I have antibac for when public toilets don't have a tap that works, but I then go to the nearest next toilet and wash my hands. It's just something I can't not do
At home, if I’m rushing and only peeing, I’ll occasionally skip. Poops and public restrooms I always wash.

When you urinate, bacteria from feces may spread onto your hands. If you won't wash them, you could contaminate anything you touch. People often get sick when they make contact with germs from feces (poop) on their hands. Feces (poop) from people or animals is an important source of germs like Salmonella, E. coli O157, and norovirus that cause diarrhea, and it can spread some respiratory infections like adenovirus and hand-foot-mouth disease. 100% always always always wash my hands no matter if at home or out and about.
Truly having a child made me much more religious about washing my hands. I don’t want silly preventable sicknesses to occur cause we couldn’t spare 20 seconds to wash our hands (like norovirus and stuff)

I think people who "sometimes" don't because they're at home also just "sometimes" dont because they forgot since it's not an everyday practice for them. Your hand is going in your private areas, even with toilet paper. You're coming into close contact with urine and/or feces. If you sometimes don't wash your hands after wiping your genitals and bodily functions, that's nasty. Even in the middle of the night if I go pee i still wash my hands. This is why even in public restrooms I grab a paper towel to touch everything because some of yall be out and about not being hygienic. Little cochinas (this doesnt apply if you dont have access to clean running water. You do what you can with what you got)😭😭😭
These are the kind of things that make me nervous about using public facilities. I can’t imagine not taking a single minute to wash hands

There’s been a couple times while out that I haven’t washed cuz everything in the bathroom is gross and I just mentally need to gtfo as fast as I can but I always carry hand sanitizer on my keys so I use that instead. That’s mostly in like state park bathrooms and stuff where there’s just a giant hole that I have always have intrusive thoughts I will fall into 😂
Honestly I haven't always, but since my son got sick we've had to be extra careful with germs so I definitely do now

I don’t mind ratting myself out here. Very occasionally if I’m at home and only having a wee and my daughter is shouting for me I might skip it. More so when she was younger.
