We go to Spanish Bebs we love it, they do them all over the city we go to Aintree and we also do baby yoga with little lotus in aigburth I’ve also done a few Saturday classes with bloom which are also good xx

@Anna oh amazing!!! Me too. So the star and Northwood family hub do free baby massage and baby explorers classes. Trinity wellness on Instagram too, they do wellbeing sessions on Monday and postnatal fitness classes on Fridays. You can book a sensory room out in sure start centres too. All this is free!
Garston Children's centre does different ones I am doing baby massage in March there is a timetable on line I think. Xx
