Personal question
So me and my partner are going away for the weekend and we’re looking to hopefully get intimate. However I’ve not had my 8 week PP check. Has anyone else waited to be seen by dr or is it just depending how I feel? Because it’s been too long if I’m honest 😂 I’m pretty sure I’m all healed but I just don’t know what could happen

I had my apt and all she did was ask if I have any concerns - do I feel like I've healed and do I need contraception.
They didn’t even check me and I had an episiotomy and stitches in three layers, the dr just said everything is allowed after 6 weeks pp. Anyhow I was intimate first time 9 weeks pp and it was completely awful 😔
It's just when you're ready tbh. We did it 5bweeks after my section x

They did not even bothered to check me, gave app for my daughter and they said mine is 5 min. Doctor only asked how did I healed after c section and do I made decisions on my contraception:) So go and enjoy yourself if you feel fine:) get lubricant i would say because you might feel a bit different then usual 👌🤣
