What activities is everyone doing to keep their LOs occupied and also help with development?

I'm struggling to think of ideas, and as the weather is bad, I don't go out much atm.

Hi! I’m using some black and white books to help with LO turn onto her front and hold her head up. Also just letting her roll around on a soft area freely with soft toys around really excites her. They’re big on texture and colour at this stage so it’s all I can think off. Next month I’m thinking to introduce crinkly foil blankets to play with and some water play but you can do this now too depending on your baby

I have given my LO the crinkly foil twice and she LOVES it! Will play with it for hours. We look at the touchy feely books together also. She mainly tries to try and eat / bite the books though 🤣 rolling around on play mat with lots of toys around is good also

We do baby piano once a day. This can entertain her for 20 min. She likes touching and scratching different fabrics (our headboard, carpet, clothes that just been washed). She also likes when I sing 😂 or play instuments.
