I did think that tbh I know she's had kids but they're all adults now hahah 😂 I just can't wait till he gets them through cause I feel like he's been teething forever and it's awful seeing him go through it then it feels like it's been for nothing when none come through aha x
@Caitlin I feel you! His bottom 2 from when I could see the swollen gum took 10 days. His top one I’ve been able to see for WEEKS and I mean WEEKS and finally today it’s swollen and mores coming! I cannot wait for it to be cover I tell you now sleepless and working is NOT a vibe lol x
Yeah I’d say she’s talking nonsense! The gums around the canines may look like they’re sore and inflamed just because those teeth tend to be a bit more prominent, but the majority of babies will get their front bottom teeth first, followed by the front top teeth. I’m pretty sure the canines are some of the last teeth to come through after the first set of molars anyway 😂
My little one just cut her first tooth. We thought for ages it was gonna be her fang first since the was the first area we noticed.
My little boy has 3 bottom ones and today I can feel 3 at the top but one of the top middle is not there so can defo come through in a different order.
My middle child is 2 and she got her fangs last. Just recently! Shes got all her back and other front teeth 🤣 Although someone I follow on IG (Emily Miller) just posted to say her sons first teeth are the fangs and he’s around the same age x
My SIL's son got his bottom two, then fangs, then top two. Crazy how different each baby can be isn't it! Fangs first I think will be unlikely though although not impossible haha. I agree with you all that the doctor probably just saw they look more prominent than the others😅
Honestly I would not trust a GP to tell you which teeth are gonna come first 😂 unless they have kids themselves they wouldn’t have a clue lol.. but honestly they can come through however which way my friends son came through in a very weird pattern x
