I checked with my midwife on one of my LO’s appts and she checked my scar for me and said as I was healed I could at 4 weeks xx

6-8 weeks. Depends on your doctor I had to wait 8

I didn’t wait till 6 weeks as my scar was healed by 4 weeks

I was told I could bathe to relax my back but had to be mid butt level and I could shower right away I had to really pat my incision area dry.

It depends how you heal, I was 4 weeks, started off with short baths by 6 weeks was having long soaking baths

I was told I could have them right away, just not long soaking baths. Im not a bath person though so I haven’t yet
