Ovulation tests picking up pregnancy after miscarriage
Bit of an odd one , but from previous experience, I know that ovulation tests seem to pick up when you are pregnant… past 2 times I’ve been pregnant, I’ve known this because my ovulation tests have been super positive (when I shouldn’t be ovulating) and both times I’ve been pregnant.
Anyway…. I’m currently having a miscarriage… this started last Thursday (6th Feb) and I’m still getting positive ovulation tests?? Like , they are really high! I did a pregnancy test yesterday , that was still positive … but how long does it take to come out of your system / get a negative test??

Mine took 3 weeks for my hcg to get negative on a test. I’ve had 2 mmc in a row and this took 3 weeks both times x
@Courtney Davis sorry to hear this. Have you been able to have a successful pregnancy since your 2 miscarriages? This is also my 2nd miscarriage. I had one in Nov 2024 and then this one 😔
Thank you! And I’ve only just had my last one in January so this is my next cycle! I had one in October then got pregnant November and then had one in jan. both mine ended at near enough 10 weeks :( x

I’m sorry hear you are going through this. ❤️. Mine was super positive both ovulation test and pregnancy test after bleeding stopped ovulation drops but hcg took a long time to show negative almost 4 weeks
