@Jordan he’s 5 months old, he loved it initially and no where near outgrown it but he just seems to scream whenever we get into the car. I’m not sure whether it because he can’t see me (he’s been going through a bit of a clingy stage) but I’m not terrified to go for a car journey on my own with him!
Yeah my little boy was 5 months, and he was nowhere near outgrown either! I've now got him in a joie 360 spin and he absolutely loves it! I was the same I started putting him in the front in the end x
Yep changed to a fixed car seat. My baby hates the infant carrier I dread it if we have to use it someone else's car.
@Naomi yeah I bought another one of the fixed one I bought for my mums car for this reason x
@Jordan yeah my daughter has a fixed seat in my car and her grandparents car. I went out with a friend the other day never again lol next time we take my car.
We went through this with my first changed her car seat and she was a new baby. Our youngest is 6 months and now starting to get fussy so we're going to switch car seats again
Changed to a fixed car seat too, she’s much happier and sleeps no problem x
Yeah same! We changed the car seat to the Joie 360 spin. Not a single problem since we changed!
Yes we we ended up spending £270 in train tickets back from because I couldn’t bare the screaming, it was so intense 🫠🫠 I’ve just tried two 30 min car journeys with a new fixed seat. He was so happy for the first one and second he screamed for twenty mins! It’s stressful to try and go out
I had this, hated his infant carrier, screamed every time he was in it. Got him a new car seat in the car and he loves it, falls asleep all the time! How old is baby?
