I never held in my pee, I took one in the morning and one in the evening, every day starting the day after my period ended to the day after my high/peak

You're good, good luck and I used the premom app, you can put a picture of your test into the app and it'll help determine when you'll ovulate, you just have to be sure the lines on the app match up to the ones on the test and that you out the test in the right spot based on the brand of test
If you use the line tests, not the smiley face one
