My obgyn recommended colace To me and it works really well. I took one daily it took 1-2 days to kick in but then had my going regularly! Definitely talk to a medical professional about it though
Water and walking believe it to or not works best for me. If it gets to bad I'll do colace or dulcolax they have the same active ingredient so which ever is cheaper at the time. But they also seem to move faster with increased water and walking
have you tried enema ? i used those with my pregnancy and they worked very well. i just don’t suggest using it if you are farther along.
Have you tried prune juice? I know it might not be the tastiest but it really helped me during my pregnancy. I would have about 4-5 ounces in the morning with breakfast and it kept me pretty regular 👍🏼
I second the milk of magnesium! Was the only thing that worked for me.
