I tried magnesium and it wasn't enough so I ended up giving in and having a tiny bit of caffeine. Just a half a cup of coffee a couple times a week helped a ton for me.
I was super regular during pregnancy and I honestly think it's the Greek yogurt and pumpkin puree I ate every morning. It might sound weird, but it was so good. Id do Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and mix it all together and top it with granola or chopped pecans. It's good for you, tastes good and keeps ya regular. Lol
