I’ve had the odd error message when there wasn’t enough blood on the strip but just found that list online - for the Agamatrix one
@Kathryn thanks so much for your reply. There is a solution in bag but no instructions as to what to do with it? It’s called a control solution? Is that what you are referring to? And if so, what should I do with it exactly? Thanks
@Kate what a nightmare, did you not get a box with the instructions? When I pop upstairs I’ll find it and take a photo for you as I can’t remember but I know it’s in my box 😂😂
@Kathryn I do have the box etc., I just googled it as couldn’t be arsed to walk upstairs and have a look 😂
Hospital told me agamatrix was really bad for not working x
@Kate 😂😂😂 just saw this after I put the photos on! 😂😂😂 if it doesn’t work give them a call and try and get another one xx
I have the agamatrix one and this happens a lot. It’s super frustrating. I think it’s because you’re not getting enough blood. Or your hands were still wet/sweaty so it gets watered down. Make sure your hands are really warm and dry before pricking and then when you squeeze you should get a big drop come quickly.
Hi there, have you given it a clean? With the solution? If so and it’s still not working I’d ask to get a new one as this one doesn’t seem to work. Mine just worked straight away.
