Juicing

I’ve started juicing in the mornings on an empty stomach (ginger, celery, lemon & apple) & noticed I’m having 2-3 bowel movements a day rather than just 1. Assuming this is apart of the cleanse. I’m only having half a cup each morning so far (and yes I am aware of the fibre/sugar sitcho). Is this normal though? I’m not worried just curious to see if this is what’s supposed to happen.

Yup normal. Celery juice is used to make you 💩 and get skinny 🤣

That's my go to juice l for juicing. I like to add habanero for a little kick if I can find it. And I'd drink 3/4 of a mason jar for breakfast. You can't go wrong with it.

That’s what a cleanse is. It makes bowel movements go more regular and eliminates toxins through bowels. That’s what it’s suppose to do ☺️ Just be careful all the juices don’t turn into diarrhoea, (after a couple weeks) make the juice but keep the pulp in it for fibre. Your juicer should have a lever for no-half-full fibre

If you decide you like juicing post cleanse I loved apple, ginger, and beet 😍
