Hi, Yes I have a one from my first baby (just had number 4) it has gotten slightly worse but not much. Ask your GP to refer you to your local pelvic health physio, mine has been brilliant
Yeah....just keep doing pelvic floor exercises. I had a really bad one last time and was able to start running after 3 months. This time it's a lot less painful but noticeable 😔 I went to private women's physio because NHS referral was 6 month until my appointment.
Yes. I had one from my first birth but it has since been made worse from my second. Only 1 week pp so I'm hoping it gets better with time x
