I’ve washed mine there all hung and folded away I’m nearly 31 weeks. I don’t think there’s a certain time I just wanted it ready x
Thanks girls! I feel so unprepared lol 😂
Awe no don’t stress yourself do it when you feel up to it. I only pushed myself to do it as her room was basically done and my friend gave me the motivation I HATE washing and folding hahahah x
I just wanted to get prepared and organise what we actually had and see if we need anything else xx
@Ellie Omg I absolutely HATE doing the washing! My husband moans at me all the time 😂 I find it effort but I am actually going to get my but in gear and start it this afternoon!
I’m 33 weeks and haven’t even started.. I literally hate washing it’s never ending 😂😂😂
@Sabrina I need to do the same, I don’t know what I have and don’t have 😂
Hahahah same same 😂😂it feels like it never ends it’s the hanging it up after to dry aswell and then putting it away 😂it feels a bit better tho with it being baby cloths more exciting lol x
We've not got the storage space sorted yet, will do it in the next week probably and then get them washed. Will probably be done by 34 weeks.
I washed some new stuff (33 weeks) and my daughter took it off the dryer and started putting it on her doll and the dogs. So along with the stuff still in the loft I predict it’ll be a few days before the poor kid makes his appearance 🤣
I’m 33 weeks tomorrow and haven’t started yet thought the later I leave it the fresher it will still be when baby get here x
@Rachel hahaha bless her, the poor dogs 😂
I’m 32 weeks & have done nothing re clothes. I bought her 1st set of sleepsuits yesterday. I’ve got stuff in the loft from my other girls so they’ll come down at some point. Realised a couple days ago I actually don’t have a wardrobe for her 🫣 must get moving
@Stacey very true actually!

@Amanda It’s good you have other girls, so can reuse a lot! This is my first and its so overwhelming
Try not to get too overwhelmed. Shops are open all hours & anyone can grab anything for you. It’s surprising how much stuff gets bought for the first & doesn’t get used. I’ll try to reuse what I can from my other girls but they are both winter babies & this one will be spring so not sure the clothes will be right but we’ll wing it & see what happens. I really do need to get on though & get a car seat, a crib mattress, bottles, formula, dummies, nappies etc. literally have not a lot sorted. Did just buy a new car though to fit her in 😀
God I haven’t even thought about washing stuff yet. I need to dig it all out of the loft 🙈
I’m 33 weeks tomorrow and just put another load on … it seems to be never ending but I have got some older clothes that I’m just washing and putting away to be prepared as it’s one job less to do. My dad has decided to start decorating as we’re swapping rooms so I can’t set anything up yet which is stressing me out a bit but I’m distracting myself by finishing my PhD which is due in a week and a bit 😬😬
@Amanda a lot of people say that! I feel like he has soooo many clothes and deffo won’t use them all, but mainly neutral so can use if we have another. I literally love down the road from the town so no need for me to even stress! Love that, the baby deffo needs a new car to go in!
@Emily I think the worst part is actually starting it! Best of luck with your PhD! X
Yes it is! Thank you ☺️ can’t wait to get it done!!
I've washed ours and hung in wardrobe ready we are 31 weeks xx
