Try and get your hands on them if you can, test how heavy/ durable they are etc. I would say the pram itself can be bought on marketplace if you wanted to but please be wary of buying a second hand car seat if you are looking for a travel system x

First baby so we went for all new. Definitely would buy a car seat new, always. We went for the cybex cloud T, just be mindful that when you need to go up the the next size car seat, you are restricted to which (of the same brand usually) will fit on the base. If you intend to keep the base obviously.

Also my advice would be get as much information and advice from them as possible, handle it and then walk away to think it over. I’d ordered an Occaro months ago with mamas and papas on Black Friday not thinking too much about it and this weekend i wanted a second opinion, I could have cried when I walked out as I was so overwhelmed and frustrated with the amount of options and my head was genuinely killing me from all the information. Don’t beat yourself up as out of everything I am finding the pram most overwhelming and frustrating with my hormones! X

Think about the car seat that comes with it, all infant carriers have to pass a minimum R129 safety test, but there are certain car seats which are safer than others (have been posted by someone else above) Would agree that you 100% have to try some out, get to feel the weight of them, how small they fold etc. I looked online at cosatto ones and when I tried one in person I hated it!!

I got a puggle pram from the nursery store online and it's really affordable, comes as a travel system. I wasn't sure how I'd like it as it's online and I couldn't feel it out first, but the pram is super light and folds easy s can't reccommend enough!🙌🙌

I got a bundle from Mama’s and Papa’s. It was ex display so was 50% off the price (it was none refundable but I didn’t mind that) and it came with full 8 piece set including car seat, changing mat, bag etc. Was more than I was planning on spending but nice to get everything in one go and know it’s all ticked off the (never ending) list

I have just got mine from silver cross in January they were doing a huge sale as they were bringing out a new collection , I got a full travel system as well as highchair changing bag next to me crib bed sheets blankets and a car seat all in one bundle ticked so many things off our list was more than I wanted to spend but with the amount of things I got with the bundle it was so worth it !xx
