D&C gone wrong

The D&C resulted in a perforated uterine wall and open stomach surgery so my TTC journey has been put on hold for 1 year. I would love to find somebody who can partially understand x
Have you considered reaching out to the miscarriage association or Tommy’s if you’re in the UK? They may be able to out you in touch with anyone who has experienced similar? I’m so sorry for your loss and your experience x
